~~Calling + Pileing~~
This part is probably the most essential part to any clan winning a war. In order to do this, you and the rest of your team MUST listen to the caller. The caller is the person who will call out someones name, and once they do, you must attack them. This is because it is the most effective way to kill the other clan. Someone can tank out a few people, but if an entire clan is on them, they have no chance. ALWAYS listen to your caller, and try to respond to their calls ASAP.
~~Spearing, Clawing, and Mauling~~
This part references to another crucial part of any war. First off, "Spearing" is when you use a Zammy/Dragon spear special attack on the person your clan is pileing. The attack stuns them for a brief moment, which allows for KO's. While they are stunned, they can NOT eat, use familiar specials, switch gear, or switch prayers. You want to spec while they have fairly low HP, preferably under half health.
Secondly, "Clawing" refers to using an Dragon Claws(Or AGS) special attack. This normally goes hand-in-hand with the Spears. This is an almost guarenteed KO if you hit and time it right.
Finally, when you Melee equip your strength gear to maximise damage. The difficult part of meleeing is the fact that while your on your target, you need to make sure that the opposite clan doesn't catch you in a Barrage Pile. Stay on opposite sides of the targeted person if there are 2 or more people meleeing at a time.
***Mauling refers to a Chaotic Maul for its high hits, but can be replaced with other melee weapons if need be***
~~Tanking~~
Tanking is when you are selected as a target by the opposing clan. Immediately put on your tank gear (Examples below) which includes a Phoenix necklace.
Once you have these weilded, make sure your protect from magic/melee prayer is up, and try to move. If you are frozen, just keep clicking until you are free. HOWEVER, if you see someone coming to spear you, immediately keep spamming you brews, because you won't be able to eat until they stop. Use a shark-brew if necessary (Eating a shark and taking a dose of brew at the same time so that it does it in one animation).
Once you are unfrozen, run into an L wall, Straight wall, Turret, etc and then around it. This will get whoever is using melee on the other team stuck behind the wall. We call this "Hugging the wall".
Running away from the clan will normally get them off you.
If they happen to move off you, run around the map and regroup with your team. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROTECT FROM MAGIC ON.
